Non-Returnable Items

Products with custom logos, designs, or specifications (unless defective)

Used or Worn Products

Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear

Clearance/Sale Items

Products purchased at discounted or clearance prices (unless defective)

Orders After 30 Days

Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us - Email our customer service team with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the issue (if applicable)
  2. Receive Authorization - Wait for return authorization (RMA) number and instructions from our team
  3. Package Items - Securely package the products in original packaging with all tags and labels intact
  4. Ship Return - Send the package to the address provided with your RMA number clearly marked
  5. Receive Refund - Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days

Refund Methods

Approved returns will be refunded via:

  • Original payment method (credit card, wire transfer, etc.)
  • Store credit for future orders (if preferred)
  • Product replacement at no additional cost

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
